We are currently seeking a RICS Registered Valuer to join our Eccleshall Office.
We are looking for a flexible, hard-working team player to join our growing and successful valuation team. You will be a self-starter, confident, adaptable and able to work independently. Attention to detail, ability to work well under pressure and excellent communication and language skills, both written and verbal, are vital. You will need to have detailed, up to date knowledge of RICS rules and regulation and best valuation practices. A driving licence and own vehicle are essential.
This role will include, but is not limited to:
- Secured lending valuations and homebuyers surveys. (Valuations will vary between residential, commercial, agricultural and mixed use properties throughout the region.)
We are looking for:
- Ideally someone with one to three years post-qualification experience, but as long as you are qualified please apply.
