Drone Surveys
Accurate, detailed drone surveys
From assessing the condition of chimneys, to surveying the entirety of a roof for a roof inspection, our drone surveys provide us with a wealth of useful information when it comes to inspecting properties.
As part of our RICS Home Survey Report service, we are pleased to offer drone surveys as part of our RICS Home Survey Level 3 Report or as an added extra for our RICS Home Survey Level 2 Report.
When we carry out surveys, whether we are surveying a single dwelling or multiple sites, it is not always possible to see the full pitch of the roof from the ground. This is where our drone really comes into its own. Using our drone means we can capture high resolution photographs and video footage, not only of an entire roof expanse, but also of tiny details too, highlighting potential issues or maintenance challenges.
Safer, cost effective surveys that minimise our time on site
Suitable for a wide range of building projects, our drone surveys, combined with our traditional surveying skills, provide safer, cost-effective surveys that minimise our time on site*.
Our drone team is compliant with the Civil Aviation Authority regulations for Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems.**
*Drone surveys can only be carried out subject to weather conditions, air traffic, and individual site restrictions.
**We have public liability insurance in place, along with appropriate operator’s ID and registration.
