This report provides more detailed information on the condition of the property and includes a valuation. It is suitable if you are buying, selling or living in a conventional house, flat or bungalow built from common building materials and in good condition.

Level 3 - RICS Building Survey

The Building Survey report includes detailed information about the structure and fabric of the property. This is advisable for large, older properties, properties in poor condition, or if you are planning to carry out renovation work or major structural changes or extensions.
