A house purchase is one of the most expensive and important financial decisions you will make. This makes it essential to ensure that the condition of the property is known before entering into a contract. Being alerted to previously undisclosed issues can give you the knowledge to negotiate a fair price for the property. If you are selling a home, a survey can help you secure the agreed price and protect the sale or enable you to undertake remedial works before putting the property to the market.
We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Our membership assures you that we have the expertise and qualifications required to provide you with a detailed and accurate ‘health check’ on the condition of a property. We will provide you with an account of the property’s condition, highlighting any problem areas in an easy to understand report.
We can provide detailed homebuyer reports from our offices in Shropshire, Staffordshire and South Wales.
Three types of report are available:
Home Survey Level 2 Report
A report providing more detailed information on the condition of the property and including a valuation.
Home Survey Level 3 Report
A report including detailed information about the structure and fabric of the property.
We also offer a Drone Survey service as part of our Home Survey Level 3 report or as an added extra to our Home Survey Level 2 Report.
