Originally from Wrexham, Director Nick Edwards has over 20 years’ experience as a Chartered Surveyor, specialising in all types of professional instructions in both the public and private sectors.

A MRICS Registered Valuer, Nick has specialised in acquisitions and disposal of development land and site assembly, and all professional/ Landlord & Tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals and dilapidations.

When he’s not working, Nick is a keen sports fan, enjoying keep fit, cycling, running, rugby, water sports and watching football. He also enjoys listening to a broad range of music, especially rock, folk and blues.
