Charles founded Forge Property Consultants in 2010. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997 and as a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2001 and is also an RICS Registered Valuer. With a background in land agency, managing some of the most diverse rural businesses in the UK, he has been described as ‘professional, versatile and calm in a crisis’.

Charles’ current work includes advising clients at a strategic level, property management and a variety of professional work, as well as promoting and growing the Forge business.
