Valerian House, Staffordshire Technology Park, sold to a private buyer

We are delighted to report the sale of Valerian House, a detached two-storey office building on Staffordshire Technology Park, Stafford.

The 4,705 sq. ft (437.16 sq. m.) office building on Dyson Court has been sold for £415,000 to a private buyer. The sale includes 19 car parking spaces and a 10kw solar panel system installed on the roof, which used to cover the vendor’s daytime electric costs.
