Our Wrexham office team has reported a letting on a 10 year lease of retail premises on Station Road in Queensferry, close to the town centre.

On behalf of the landlord, we negotiated the successful letting to the Kings Academy. The letting ensures the continuation of retail on Queensferry High Street but also the retention of the Kings Academy which has been in occupation on the same High Street for some considerable time. It will also mean that Kings Academy has the potential to employ additional workers.
