New director to head up our Wrexham office

We have appointed a new director to head up our Wrexham office, which opened in the heart of the city centre last year.

Nick Edwards has over 20 years’ experience as a Chartered Surveyor, specialising in all types of professional instructions in both the public and private sectors. Previously a Director of Professional and Valuation Services for a commercial property consultancy operating throughout the North West and North Wales, Nick is a MRICS Registered Valuer.

During Nick’s professional career as a surveyor, he has been involved in all aspects of commercial property. He has specialised in acquisitions and disposal of development land and site assembly, and all professional/ Landlord & Tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals and dilapidations.  He has dealt with numerous transactions in towns and cities in the Midlands, the North West and North Wales.

Commenting on Nick’s appointment, Charles Lawson, our Managing Director, said,

“We are very pleased to welcome Nick to head up our office at 41 King Street. He is a very experienced professional, who will add depth and additional skills to our commercial property offering. Nick lives in Wrexham and is a graduate of Wrexham University, so he is well known in the city and amongst the local business community.
