New appointment adds value to the Forge team

We are delighted that Sophie Wall has joined the Forge team and she will be working across both of our offices in Shropshire and Staffordshire. Sophie is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer and will be specialising in valuation and RICS Home Buyer reports across residential, commercial and rural sectors.

A graduate of Harper Adams University, with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management, Sophie has previously worked at some of the region’s leading firms. She has wide experience in rural surveying, valuation and estate management.

Sophie will be working alongside our Director Charles Lawson, Associate Director Tom Mason and fellow surveyor Andy Lowe to deliver the full range of property services offered by Forge, from Home Buyer reports, valuations, sales and lettings to planning, utilities and estate management.

Commenting on the appointment, Charles says, “We are so pleased to have such a talented property professional as Sophie join our team. Her expertise in valuation and Home Buyer reports is particularly welcome as, even in these challenging times, we continue to receive a high number of enquiries for these services every week.”
