We’re pleased to announce the live launch of our new website, which will enable us to showcase our work and share topical updates. It also includes a wide range of information on our work in Estate & Property Management, Land & Property Agency, Planning & Development, Utilities & Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Valuations and RICS Home Buyer Surveys.

As a firm of Chartered Surveyors and Valuers based in Oswestry and Eccleshall, we provide high-quality and strategic advice on a wide range of property and land matters. We work with all types of property, but focus on agricultural, rural and country/village properties. Our clients past and present include private clients, companies and statutory undertakers located throughout the UK.

Primarily a regional firm, our business base is in Shropshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire, the West Midlands, and north and mid-Wales. We advise clients wishing to maximise the potential of their property assets at a strategic level, on everything from one-off valuations to planning applications. The new website includes details and links to our properties for sale and rent, and information and advice on every step of the purchasing, letting and developing process.

The new website also gives you a chance to meet our team of specialists and see the work they carry out. Charles Lawson is our founding director. His background is in land agency and property management. His current work includes advising clients at a strategic level on property management and dispute resolution as well as promoting and growing the Forge business. Tom Mason, is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, who joined the team in 2013. He is leading the growth of the Eccleshall office. Andy Lowe is a graduate surveyor, who studied Rural Property Management. He is involved with all aspects of the business, including valuation and residential sales and lettings. Matt Wason is our consultant planner, who assists on applications, costings, CAD drawing and design, and other building regulation issues. In our office in West Felton, Jo Wood is the office’s administrator and accountant.
