We have reported the sale of two retail units in Oswestry town centre. Located at 18 and 20 Bailey Street, the units were being marketed for offers in the region of £165,000.

Currently let as a sweet shop and a computer repair, in the thoroughfare that links the town centre with the market, the two units have a combined annual rental income of £16,600, and are an ideal business investment.
