We are delighted to report the sale of a quality stock and arable farm in North Wales. Old Llwyn Onn Farm, Wrexham, has been sold by G.E. Jones and Company following their retirement from dairy farming.

Marketed as a unique opportunity to purchase a productive dairy farm with two residential dwellings and ancillary arable land, the property was divided into a number of different lots, with Lots 1, 5 and 6, totalling just over 80 acres, being sold within four months of going on the market. As well as two attractive farmhouses, the sale included livestock housing, silage clamps, slurry storage, over 58 acres of pastureland and 13.4 acres of woodland.
