Originally from Wigan, Andrew joined our Shropshire Office in January 2023 as a Senior Surveyor.  He has a well-rounded level of knowledge, from both the commercial and residential sectors, and is experienced in valuation, agency and property management.  At Forge, he is primarily responsible for valuation work, providing reports for various clients and for a variety of purposes.  Andrew grew up in Church Stretton, before moving to Sheffield to study at Sheffield Hallam University, achieving a BSc (Hons) degree in Property Development.  After a 10 year period in North East Lincolnshire, during which time he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer, he relocated back to Shropshire in 2021 and now lives in Shrewsbury.

In his spare time, as a keen (but increasingly passive) sportsman, Andrew enjoys football, rugby league and basketball, as well as watching live music, being an avid fan of rock and heavy metal.  He can often be found socialising with friends and family, cold beer in hand and is a casual member of Shropshire’s first competitive BBQ team, Smokin’ Salop.
